Does anybody know who is she?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TE6qNiyXaQ0 I think she has tremendous skills and I'm surprised to see that her performance was rather obscure...

There are some pretty moves. Many of the two ring moves were taken from Jonathan Neal's ground breaking routine (as many have done). Not sure where the others came from.

I'm not sure myself how much of Jonathan Neal's moves originates from him specifically, but thanks for the heads up.

I was working with him when he developed all of them so I have good knowledge of thee specific moves that he created.

I'm glad to hear that Ray. I must clarify though, I wasn't talking from a moral point of view but rather from historical point of view. There are several cases of performers who believed to have created something that in reality was already created and published previously. If this can happen with published material, I can't even begin to imagine how much of this happened with unpublished material, specially in an old classic such as the Chinese Linking Rings. In other words, it's possible to create something that was already created, that's why I said I wasn't sure myself (I'm not questioning his development of moves here). Either way, we're going off topic. I'd really like to know more about her... it's one of the best performances I've seem.

Sorry I am late to the discussion! I just watched this video and have a few thoughts about it.
Ray WAS there in those Hollywood Magic days when I put my routine together. My routine was an amalgam of already recognized moves, some ideas given to me by friends, and some ‘ original ‘ moves. Since I have never seen those particular ideas ( original moves) susequently in print or performance, I can safely say they are my own. Interestingly enough, I didn’t see any of those ideas in this young ladies’ performance either! Her performance was derivative in the same way that all of us build on the works of our predecessors. That is the progress of magic.
