My Airline Micro (Samson) recently failed and is not repairable. I was happy with it and am considering replacing with the same product, but wanted to hear if there were other similar wireless mics on the market that should be considered.
I liked that the Airline was self-contained -- no wires running down my back to the transmitter, which is behind the ear on the Airline. Thanks! Hudson |

I have been using Airline 88 for a year now. Less feedback compared to the other Samsons I owned. The only drawback is the bending wire on the mic keeps on going down. I am thinking of hardening it permanently. It also takes days to fully charge on my unit.

I use a sennheiser camcorder wireless which has 2 beltpacks - for receive and transmitter. I don't need to plug in ANYTHING!
i use an inexpensive hypercardiod headset which has great gain and no feedback.

Thanks for the input. Ended up with a Shure BLX system. Cinsidered the Sennheiser system, but didn't see how I would use all the features over the Shure.
