I have been rereading some of my books by Al Schneider and can't get over how great his material is. I mostly do his coin stuff, but he does how some card items as well. He explains everything really well and even goes into the genesis of how he came up with the idea.

I have most of his little books that he put on Amazon and his large Al Schneider Magic that L&L published. That last one is giant and the wealth of items in there is great. It goes into his moves and best of all the theory that he provides.

Just wanted to give a shout out for a magician that has helped me in ALL my magic. The theory he provides has been some of the most useful that I have come across.

Hi Andy, I have 2 of his books, the big one and the theory and practice of false transfer and a DvD Natural element series vol 2.
The big book has a lot of information in so many areas of magic that it is actually great value for the money, I believe you can get it now as PDF at even lower price, the one cup routine at the end is incredible.
The False Transfer's book (amazon) is too tedious, you actually need to be very invested in false transfers to really appreciate the book, and also either be young (I am not) or have a lot of time to do Schneider methodology, it will take a long time to acquire the skills. I am sure that if you put the time and effort, you will ended being the best small objects magician of the world (applies to coins, balls, etc.), gain you need the time. I personally used it only to understand his theory and how he positions his hands to be more natural, but have not done anything else.
The DVD elements is a weird DVD, in the way it is presented, the layout, sounding effects kind of annoying, however the content is very good and a lot of entertainment, it covers, coins, ropes, rings and variations of coin sleights, most likely I will buy the other 2 vols (I believe they are 3 vols total and very inexpensive). It is a good buy

All of the 3 items have a lot of theory of magic on them, so if you like theory besides learning sleights and tricks you will enjoy them

What do you mean sounding effects kind of annoying? Also he explains his moves more on vol 1.

I meant the sounds used when transitioning from trick to trick, just a small detail of the production, that I did not like
I will get vol 1 then
