I am not sure if this is the place to ask but here goes. Does anyone know any ideas or props one can use to do a show involving plants or plant ideas magic? This would be part of a medicine man show but using plants. Thanks much!

Decomposing Cactus

You could do the Cups and Balls as an example of "magic agriculture". Explain that because you have have a brown thumb, that you have to use magic to do gardening. Your wand is made from specially grown wood which has unique properties. The balls are magic "seeds" with minds of their own. Use fruit/vegetable loads to climax with a magical "harvest". Other ideas: tie in the wilting flower gag or silk-to-rose. And maybe start with a body-load botanical feather flower production.

A 'Spike' style trick using a cactus under the bag or cup.

Perhaps the old trick of a newspaper tree.

Maybe even the Buatier de Kolta "Flowers from the paper cone?"
