Has anyone spent time with Howard Adam's book "Mathcasts Aspellonu"? If so, would you recommend it as a purchase?

I haven't got this book, but I read a review of it in a magazine and apparently it has some quite good tricks but they are tricks that would be difficult to make interesting enough to perform. The jist of the review is that this is a book of endless counting tricks that are very hard to entertain anyone with.
