Hello, after a bit of advice, I'm trying to find the better method to put a 9 inch silk into a 260q, best suggestion so far is to use forceps, any other ideas, thanks

A fat (large diameter) plastic soda straw pushed 3/4 of the way into the balloon, if they haven't banned all the plastic straws by the time you get this info. Push the silk through the straw with a thin diameter soda straw or a plastic coffee stirrer-er-er. Grab the silk through the balloon at the closed end and begin pulling out the straw bit by bit as you continue to push more silk through the straw.

I don't know what you are doing with the silk inside the balloon, but tying one end of the silk into the balloon knot allows you to pop the balloon and hang onto the silk at the same time so it doesn't go flying off to the floor. The remains of the balloon knot are easily rolled off the corner of the silk to join with the other balloon shrapnel.

A "Magic Pipe" might work - may take a bit of "shaking" it out due to lack of density from the silk. Instead of forceps, if you have a "farm store" near you (Rural King, Tractor Supply, Southern States) I would get a banding castrator. I (and a lot of other balloon artists) use them to stretch the balloon mouths for balloon stuffing and such... Maybe not the most orthodox tool to have in your suitcase, but likely effective for what you need with the added benefit of it being a conversation piece.
