When I found this page created by the late Ed Solomon, I wept when I read the passage that wondered whether anyone would ever remember him or not. Please take a few minutes to bookmark this page link, and visit his stories from time to time. Whisper into the wind, "No, DeNomolos, we have not forgotten you, and we will not." Maybe even share it with friends.

Along with several other past luminaries of the Bizarre community, Ed Solomon is remembered each year at the opening ceremony of the New England ICBM Gathering - where a remembrance candle is lit and remains alight until the closing at the end of the weekend.
Names are added as appropriate.

Leslie, the ceremony and remembrance candle is a beautiful tribute to a beautiful friend.
I doubt our community will ever forget Ed. I know I never will. Kotah |

I was privileged to be asked by Ed to write a foreword to his book of Grandfather Stories. In that foreword, I made reference to a story told by Duncan Williamson, a UK storyteller, then recently deceased.
The story is about an old man who is expecting to be visited by Death. He comforts his tearful grand-daughter with the words, " I will be with you for as long as you remember my stories......!" I believe those words to be true and very applicable to Ed. He will be with us for as long as we remember HIS stories.

I heard that Rolando Santos bought his estate. I’m hoping he re-releases Ed’s work. I’ve tried finding copies of Egyptian Magic as well as some others since he passed but haven’t found anything. It would be a great way to keep his memory alive!
