Well I've have finally just received Gene's book and I've got to say pretty powerful stuff, for those who are truly interested in this specialized craft I recommend it.

Add my vote to Lyndon's and John's.

I have a feeling that once Gene returns from the hospital, he will soon be writing a book of routines based on his experiences there.
You thought the mummy hand routine was odd, wait until you see what he'll do with an amputated toe... :evilgrin:
