I’m on the wagon with “ anything is possible theory “ . Just because it hasn’t been done yet by someone, doesn’t in any way mean someone can’t do it . And as for Pi being a whole number.....................Here are two of my favorites:

If Pi = (77 x 4 x 102) / 100^2

Then

100^2 x Pi = 31416 = whole number

If Pi = (3 x 113 + 4^2) / 113

Then

113 x Pi = 355 = whole number

A human being flying without assistance can not be done.

It stands independent of anyone not doing it. Alligators can not speak English. It can not be done. A person can not survive without breathing for a year. To say anything is possible is just factually incorrect.

But it doesn't.

A story of squaring the circle though might make for some nice palaver as you're cutting the newspaper for Squircle

I guess I should have been more clear when I said I’m with the anything is possible theory. I mean anything is possible if it’s being viewed under logical perspective. Not fantasy or Hollywood motive. Someone’s views on anything is possible can be vague. But for me personally, it’s based on how someone views the term impossible vs possible .

Yup. There is "not possible," "non-possible," and "other than possible" variations to consider, each with a different shade of difference fora performer or observer.

Most significant perhaps is "not possible for me" within a frame of reference. As a business consultant I have dealt with perceptions of "impossible" all of my life.

Change another person's perception of what is impossible and you can change their life (not always for the better)

So, while I might disagree with "anything is possible" I can support "nothing is impossible."

Nothing is impossible is a very well said phrase. I can also agree with that. And it has pretty nice ring to it when I say it. Lol.

What makes it tick? Nothing! That is what makes it impossible. That is the mystery of the ticking.
If there is a single truth about Magic, it is that nothing on earth so efficiently evades it.

"A magician is an actor playing a magician" Do you believe that an actor on tv is really that person?

It's impossible in almost the same sense that pi is not exactly the ratio of any integers. You can try to get a small place to contain nothing. And given some tolerance (say in atoms per cubic millimeter) you can get to about ten to the six (100,000 atoms in that little cubic millimeter of space) with nice equipment. Less than that and things get very difficult very quickly. Unless more stuff is found in space - it seems that out between galaxies you might find regions with ten to the two (100) atoms per cubic millimeter. Not much but certainly not nothing.

Perhaps a magician could separate random into fortunate and unfortunate ... using something that looks suspiciously like a water electrolyzer Smile - demonstrate the fortunate and then sop up or crystallize the unfortunate into something which is disposed of appropriately later. Smile
