As I've said before you want a gregarious people, who are willing to play along. Wannabe actors, who enjoy being on stage and acting out. After doing your induction on the volunteers who join you on stage, pick those who follow your suggestion easily. They will help you, have a good show. Remember it's about them being allowed to "just be" you are the facilitator.
