Liam showed me this ages ago and it really fooled me! Love this trick so much. Liam's presentational touches are great.

It's a nice effect but I prefer to end clean.

The ending got me by surprise but a beat later I worked it out.

However, I am thinking of getting it as teh ending is killer.

I get what Warren is saying BUT there is no need for examination or handing anything out.

Like it

That's the way I feel. Examination isn't an issue.

If working at a gig then examination wouldn't be an issue however I prefer not to use a table as in a corporate setting there isn't table space and you would be just performing it for those closest to you and not the whole table.

If you were to perform this for friends down at the pub etc then they might well want to examine the cards after the effect and if you don't let them then it totally blows your credibility.

Check out the link scroll down and watch Banachek's appearance on the Joe Rogan show its a long interview but if you go to 1:48:40 and watch how painful this is... this is a good example of an awkward spectator and why in certain situations you need effects that can be examined http://www.thejerx.com/

Nice effect on an old plot. Having the cards already , I had no need to purchase this but it is good and recommended if you liked the routine. Well done Liam with a smart presentation.

I think that this may be in one of his lecture notes or in Apocolypse
Any thoughts?

And another thing! The pairs of cards at the end do not match the cards displayed at the start of the trick?

I’ve been performing this at least twice a week for the last 20 years.
Without doubt the best packet trick I perform to a group

Not understanding your quote.
The cards shown at the start are not the ones you end with?

Er yes they are, and in the correct order.

2H - 3C 4H - AS 4C - 7D 2D - 9C

Turn into

2H - 2H AS - AS 7D - 7D 9C - 9C

Ok so just watched the video again.... https://youtu.be/PR-N7wdN0yc
My point being the cards you see are 3S-4C-4H-2D
Then they change into the 2H-AS-7D-9C ???
Great kicker but what happens when someone (clever dick) says hold on Magic man what happened to the 3S-4C-4H-2D
Do you get my point now because it threw me.
I am not complaining as I love self workers like these AND I have bought the effect - unfortunately the video instructions do not work online.

I used to do this years ago using random cards torn in half...I believe it was called "will the cards match...if I took one torn pile and counted 5 cards on the table (reversing the order) it worked without any gaffs...Am I correct in my thinking? I have tried it yet but I'm yhinking it would work exactly the same way without tearing the cards in half...CORRECT?

"Last Two Cards Match" is what I was taught to call it. Great effect.
