It's been a busy old summer at the Dark Artefacts studio so I thought I'd share a few of the latest developments with those who may be interested...
Details can be found on the Dark Artefacts website. Cheers Nick

This looks really nice! A great spooky addition to your collection - can’t wait to hear more about it.

Judging from the video this is a very impressive and convincing piece of work. I had not been to your site before, and everything there looks utterly legit. There are a lot of performers who are not very exacting about the veracity of their props, but for those who really care about convincing antiques - if the pictures are any indication - yours are superb. I will save my money and keep an eye on your site.

I’m confused... the movement is random? Please explain the thinking here, sorry.

I saw a prototype of this a couple of years ago at Doomsday. It's a thing of beauty.

I wasn't aware it was to be kept secret how much work goes into things. I thought we were just not suppose to tell how they worked. Silly me! lol

Nick, might a future version provide the ability to have the needle point at specific "answers" rather than move randomly? I can imagine that would increase the price significantly but the added utility could well be worth it.

However, in a package as small as this the R&D would be horrendous, it would also mean the purchase price would be fairly prohibitive too. I'm not ruling it out, but I have more than enough plates spinning with all the other DA products in the pipeline. Thanks Nick
