It’s called being addicted to magic Daffy we have all done it and will continue to do so , don’t feel bad but trust me this ain’t as good as the wizard product review would make you believe . It’s average at best and much of a muchness and easy to replicate a better version anyway imho Smile

Don’t agree. This is extremely fair with no funny moves, contained in a single deck and with the colour change to boot, it really is a well thought out routine. The next best is Teleporter by Dave Arch. Great thing about Teleporter is that as many cards can be chosen and can be repeated with different choices each time.

Wizard Product Review made the single deck feature out as being undesirable. I would like to point out the issue of pocket space. Naturally, two decks would take up more pocket space, and pocket space is valuable real estate.

So you could argue that the one deck feature is a plus.

Absolutely. They’re thinking like magicians. You really think specs are gonna be suspicious of this? Absolutely no way.

I will take your word Pegasus but if this just half a misindexed deck ( I have many ) which obviously loses their selection when re spread and the Red card ( force ) is just hidden in the blue cards what is new about this ?
I hope I am wrong and it is a new method but it certainly seems like that or certainly achievable that way anyhow Smile

How good is the quality of the printing in the gaffed cards? I mean, can the gaffed cards be mixed with same back regular bicycle cards and would be noticeable?

As part of MagicWorld we also run PrintByMagic.com which specialises in printing Bicycle Cards.

We are printing directly onto Bicycle red back / blank faces so the red backs are perfect and a bicycle card!

As for the pips we have colour matched the reds and blacks so they can be used in any regular deck under MOST lighting without any issues at all. You will never match these 100% unless printed at USPCC but we do print for all the major magicians and companies around the world.

In short yes they can!

All the best

Each to their own... The reactions as per the trailer are completely genuine and the last part without any edits. It always seems to get a great reaction when I perform. Of course there are different ways of achieving this however this is one of the most simple in my opinion.

I personally like the 1 deck version and the simple explanation of cards left around the house and 100's of stacks of cards everywhere is a good explanation for finding half red and blue... But for the people who wish to perform a full deck version I will post shortly the link to two version of upgrade packs.

1. Another 26 cards with different cards on the other side from the set you receive... so you have a full deck with 1 force card
2. Another 26 cards with a different force card... So you can use the top half to force one card and the bottom half to force a second and thus perform the effect twice.

If anybody has any other ideas please let me know and I can print the gaffs Smile.

All the best
Anthony

Anthony,
I have not bought out of the blue yet, but will you be doing a combo deal if I were to purchase this and the 2 version of upgrade packs?

Mine arrived today. I think I'm going to really like this! And actually use it, as well. Yeah. I'm going to put these cards to work.

And I have to agree that WPR was indeed "thinking like magicians."

Today I'm a happy camper.

I'm grinning like a cat that got the last of the cream.

Hi... I have to think of the fairest way to do this but because of the cost of the printing it might be hard to produce and
wholesale to Murphys thus distributing to every dealer in the world without the cost being too high to the end user.

Or the 2nd option is release a Out Of The Blue printed by the USPCC which takes 8 weeks to make it cost effective and release as a version 2...

Or potentially I will just release through MagicWorld and Printbymagic.com for users of this board or people who have seen the wizard product
review and should any dealer contact for the upgrade pack we can easily offer this directly.

Let me have a think over the weekend and come up with a plan. Should any dealers want custom cards quickly or say another set of 26 cards without purchasing the whole trick simply fill out the quote form at Printbymagic.com/quote and
we will get back with a price for 26 of the gimmicks to fit your exact requirements.

All the best
Anthony

I wouldn’t bother. Leave it the way it is. By the time you’ve counted through the whole deck to confirm their card is now missing They’ll be asleep.

Who on earth counts each and every card it takes less than 15 seconds to spread through a deck of cards to show the faces and less than 5 seconds if you just do a ribbon spread on the take haha

If you rush the spread it is assumed you are hiding their card.

I think that comes down to performance style in regards to if the spectators feel rushed or if the spectator loses interest in looking for their card as I spread through the cards either in the hands or via a ribbon spread on the table then I haven't done my job correctly.

That said I can appreciate the benefits of using just one deck I just happen to agree with the guys over at the Wizard Product Review and would like to see a two deck version.
