I wish I was a youngster, catweazel!
Unfortunately I'm a 50+ years old family man and father of a 16 years old son. As for being a pyromaniac, I think besides showing what anyone can see, everyone of us has an other, shadow self, embracing his inner darkness. Don't you have a dark side as well? And really, how dark is your dark side? You really made my day, Sir. Regards, Andrew

Thank you for posting the link above but unfortunately the on-line shop uses only USPS Ground Shipping
and they do not ship overseas. They only ship to any destination as long as it's inside the States. However, thank you once more for trying to help me and anyone here in The Café who is interested in ordering the proper fuse/wick.

This is a failing by both the creator and the distributor/wholesaler as they need to be on top of the facts and laws with regards to the products they sell. I foresee quite a few of these being returned to the shops as not usable due to the above. Regards Dr Rob |

For the fuse you could use flash paper, as was said in the explanation video, but much better would be a green, slow-burning, Visco 1.8mm fuse, BUT much cheaper would be lady crackers! Buy a bunch of 400 or 700 lady crackers for a few dollars and remove the fuses, this will last you a life time for a few bucks....

I was wondering where to get those in an off season. Are lady cracker fuses long? The length I think builds to the anticipation because it's such a quick effect once you're patter is shared that I want a fuse long enough for the tension to build. That said, I'm waiting for my green fuse wire that I mentioned in a previous comment to come in.

You could always tape short fuses together to make a longer one...

Anyone have a performance video yet? How are you finding the ease of making the flame travel to your mouth? How would you recover if the “bullet” just hits your cheek, forehead, or dies early? Or are you performing it standing farther back? I know the special stuff burns fast, but is there any issue with burning your mouth when caught?
Thanks! |

Too tired to search anymore for an online dealer based in Europe who would probably sell the proper fuse/wick
in a reasonable price (I'm referring mainly to the amount of shipping costs which exceeds far more the actual price of the fuse alone) although I got some suggestions about a few sources from a couple of members here who were really so kind and helpful to me which of course I very much appreciate them for. I decided (and it was really a hard decision to makes since I really like the effect very much) to offer mine, never being used (the box is still unwrapped and unopened) for a discounted price at 260.00 USD (here comes the good part... and shipping costs with tracking service INCLUDED). Anyone of you who would be interesed in, simply send me a PM. Kind regards, Andrew

I sooo want to like this but for 300 dollars the goggles are really cheaply made plus my rod literally does not fit in the cannon! Has anyone else found this to be true?

This is one of those tricks:
I could have developed that + I didn't = $300 If you like the effect and I do, then I don't the cost of the props elsewhere is an issue. |
