I would like to share a quick review on my recent purchase of Spectral Wind from https://taylorimagineering.com
I was recently looking for a spirit bell and came across this item here on the Café. Although this is not technically a traditional spirit bell, I do believe it has a few advantages. Product review: As for the product itself, I could not be any happier with my purchase. It’s beautifully made, sounds great, and the method behind this is pure genius. I absolutely love the fact that this item is visual and produces a nice, loud “haunting” sound. I don’t own any other bells, but I find it hard to believe that there is anything on the market that can compare. Company review: Before purchasing this item, I had asked a few questions via the contact page or the product web site. Christopher personally addressed every question and concern the same day. I knew I was in good hands and placed my order. A few days later, there it was, waiting at my door. The item was carefully packaged and the instructions were easy to follow. A few days later, I emailed Cristopher to see if I could purchase some additional accessories. Again, he was quick to respond and very helpful. I am now a huge fan of Taylor Imagineering and would recommend their products to anyone who is interested in this area of magic. |

I have got to see one of Christopher's "Spectral Winds" in action, it is very very nice.
All the people that I have talked to who have bought one were really happy with it. |

Thank you all for the kind words. Spectral Wind has been around since 2014 but is still quite "underground" when it comes to how many people know about it. While it has been used in quite a variety of ways in theatrical seances, one of the coolest application I have heard of is hanging them by an open window with no mention of them at all; at the end of the show, the spirit that is "possessing the medium" announces that it is time to leave and the medium points to the window; the medium collapses and the chimes ring. Fabulous.

I've had the pleasure of seeing it in a performance and it is spectacular, as is everything that Christopher puts out.

I wish I had the funds for this.
I have wanted one for a while. |

I've wanted one of these for a while as well, as I can think of no other more organic spirit bell. Like Christopher mentions, I would have this hanging close to an open window and let the magic ensue. And if the night is calm...better still. Nothing like an unnatural breeze to draw goose bumps.
Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain.

Picked mine up a few years back at ECSS.
If you have a permanent place for it, there is no bell to compare. I have made a special travel case for it, however it is quite tedious to travel with and it is the rare venue that I would bring it to.
