I feel ashamed that someone with your views has the power to hire/fire acts for festivals. Your discrimination affects peoples livings. but then you justify it with your lines on scruffs and vagabonds and nair-do-wells.
You would be removed from your position if you discriminated so against an ethnic or gay.

I think I would be more offended by an arrogant performer than a crude one. Thus so with people.
