I checked those two sites. The first lists the DVD but PayPal doesn't seem to work there.

I do not carry the original Shoot Ogawa DVD but my site does have the necessary ring sets. I would shuffest reaching out to shoot Ogawa or masahiro Yanagida personally and see if they still have any for sale.
