I am going to a book fair sometime this week. I believe that there will be many books on tricks from my past trips, I have bought some, but those were when I was just a beginner. Now, I am more advanced. Could someone recommend some books? Thanks!

In the category of "likely to be at a book fair," you might want to pick up Mark Wilson's Complete Course in Magic.

Or maybe Royal Road by Hugard and Braue if you can find it.

I usually buy any book related to magic if the price is not outrageous.

See if they have: Tarbell course in Magic books. I saw these on e-bay for $25 for all 7 books.

Thanks for all your recomandations, I will check them out when I get there. In response to LeConte's question, I already have some books on magic, but they are not so well known. Perhaps the best I have is Royal Road to Card Magic. Thanks for your recomendations!

I have a buddy in Omaha who bought a magic book at some flea market for $7.50, ended up not wanting to keep it, and sold it on ebay for $100. Not too shabby. |
