I was thinking of creating my own deck of cards online but the company wants to know what card stock I wanted to use. I have choices like 300 gsm 330 gsm 310 linen and 270 gsm. What is the handling difference between these types? Are some stocks better for certain moves than others?

If you are using MakePlayingCards, their 310 gsm Linen is their closest offering in terms of feeling most similar to USPCC decks, though there are still noticeable differences in the stock and coating - it’s a bit stiffer and a little more glossy.
