Sorry if this has been posted already but a search did not turn up anything.
I have always been a big fan of the blister effect and am curious if this brings anything new to the table.

Any thoughts or anyone have this?

Got this.
Gimmick is well made. Nicely shot tutorials. If you can excuse using an envelope as a prediction, this is a great addition to blister effects because there is no fumbling in your pocket for a no force card.

I had a great bonus-idea for this routine Smile

First I will show the envelope and talk about the prediction inside.

NOW the spectator should open a hand and I put the envelope on his hand Smile
They feel absolutely nothing - just try it. Now you don't have to hold the envelope extraordinary, you don't have angle problems and you can focus on the cards without any stress. Also, the prediction is in their hands now, what is also stronger...

they select any card (imaginary or take it with the other hand).
i take the envelope back from their hand and pour out whats inside (lighter or whatever)inside their open hand.
now they open the piece of paper, do the firething and you do, what you have to do.

in this way, you don't have a suspecious envelope or bad feeling and, just for me, its really the handling-kicker for this Smile

hope you like it,

I picked up Burn at FISM and had a chance to perform it a few times. Here is my review:
