I bought a booklet of stock reading/cold reading lines a few years ago, but I've lost it. It was about 4 pages. Could someone refresh my memory as to where I bought it so I can replace it?

I bought a Rudy Hunter booklet about that size several years ago. I did not personally find many of the lines to be that useful. I may have bought it from Penguin.
