I have looked on the UK websites of WHSmith and Rymans, but I can't seem to find any of the type required. Am I being stupid, or are they harder to find nowadays? Can anyone provide a link?

Unfortunately, we don't really have dollar stores in the same way that you do in the US. Poundland (the main 'dollar store' type shop) doesn't sell the ones required. Thanks though.

Looking in paperchase (website and shop) I only found cover attached at the sides, which is ok but it is ideal to have it connected at the top. I may well go with that in the end though.
