Does anyone have the original instructions for this?
Image

I bought it without instructions (the owner said he never had them), but recently came across a website photo showing that instructions did come with this back when it was being sold. I realize you don't really need instructions for this great little prop, but I still like to have them for completeness. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

You might try Abbott's Instructions for their regular "Hank Box" - formerly known as a "Jap Hank Box" before it became politically incorrect.

The Magic Nook has similar e-book instructions with variations that go beyond the original Hank Box routines.

Thanks. I have other Hank boxes and I am familiar with their operation, but I was hoping someone had the actual original instructions for this prop that they wouldn't mind sharing.

Thank you for your information regarding Magic Nook's eBook on hank boxes. Incidentally, if someone is looking for additional resources or routine ideas for Hank Boxes, in addition to the eBook on your site, there is Glenn G. Gravatt's "Jap Box Tricks" book (1937) and there is also a pretty good Hank Box routine in "Magic with Faucett Ross" by Lewis Ganson (1975) - a really good eBook I just got from Lybrary.com.

The "Jap Box Tricks" book is available as PDF from Lybrary.com https://www.lybrary.com/jap-box-tricks-p-825982.html

Thanks, Chris. I love your website and spend too much money there.

I have the original book (and spent a bunch more for it than you are selling the ebook for), but I am sure others would like to know you have it available. It really is a great little book - it features the Hank Box routine taught by David Devant of the Egyptian Hall - for those interested in magic history - along with a bunch of other ideas using the Hank Box.

If anyone has a copy of the Creekmore Hank Box instructions, I would be much obliged.

Thanks!
