I highly recommend Paul Voodini’s Q&A lecture. He covers several versions, including a couple with tarot. The real value is seeing the variety of methods and hearing his thoughts about each.

If you want to learn tarot, pick one book and actually work through it. Some people advocate just looking at the pictures and saying whatever they inspire in you. I think it is worth actually considering the accepted meanings for all the cards. This takes a while and requires some dedication.

If you want a reading method, I can’t do better than palmistry. Julian Moore’s book. No question. Also Paul Voodini’s video. These two resources complement one another.

Paul's material is excellent and the books aren't too long if reading is an issue. Enrique's Tarology is an interesting watch. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=A5UR3VesQGo Get out and pay for readings to see people in action. Even the bad ones can teach valuable lessons.

Whenever I want to know something about the spirit world, I just use my spirit bell. It knows everything about Q&A.

I have seen a few tarot DVDs and didn’t find any of them inspirational.

Voodini’s Q&A and Palmistry are download videos instead of DVDs but still not books.

What do you want to be able to do with it? There are so many methods largely because there are so many applications to put it all to.
