Hey guys,

So I have been badgering Jacob to release this for awhile now.

At Magi-Fest I talked to Thaddius and Jacob a bit, and it wasnt yet 100% completed. The other day I received confirmation that it was out and quickly paid, since I had been waiting for this for awhile.

You get a pdf, as well as an accompanied Vimeo that lasts about 1 hour 23 minutes.

Thsi is a billetless pin divination.

Thaddius has done all the hard work for you here, and using several hidden layered principles, you get to learn a pin divination.

Yes, it will require some practice, and study on your part. If you ever wanted to learn pin divinations, there are a myriad of releases that can guide you including Michael Murray, Peter Turner, Fraser Parker, recently Ori Ascher has a new book coming out, and Thaddius Barker.

All have something to add to the mix, and all have their say in the propless pin divination.

Thaddius leaves no stone unturned and guides you step by step on being able to do this no matter where you are from.

Now Thaddius states, that this purchase isn't for everyone, and I understand why he says this on the trailer.

Most people nowadays want to purchase the next best thing, and have it work right out of the box.....well this isn't that.

You will need to wrap your head around this and really study and grasp everything that Thaddius has to offer and his thoughts on pin divination as a whole.

Thaddius also uses principles within the routine that can be attributed to Michael Murray and Peter Turner, to name a few, and the patience and care that he has gone through to make sure you learn this the right way is appreciated.

Jacob joins Thaddius in the video some, and kind of plays Devil's Advocate.

Nowadays, you can never have too much information....we learn something new everyday, and the more knowledgeable the are, the wiser, and better we can become.

I am sure that those that want to put in the study and practice to learn this will have a gratifying experience.

Learn everything you can from different people, then pick and choose what you like and what you don't like, and inject yourself into the mix, and do your own thing, having the backbone inspiration from people like Turner, Murray, where new creators can springboard from their ideas, and develop whole new routines, principles, ploys, techniques to enrich our community.

For some reason I have never pursued effects involving pin numbers but, on learning about Sherlocked, decided to find out more. I am very glad I did.

Not only do you receive a detailed pdf giving a full explanation of the effect and its workings but also comprehensive film showing performances, more explanation and detailed breakdown of the routine. As someone who has enjoyed mentalism for so long, watching this was like watching a masterclass. There are umpteen ruses in play and with discussion on various ways you can learn the four digits. The film, including discussion with Jacob Smith, was an education as well as demonstration of the effectiveness of certain strategies. Some of these I already knew (and Thaddius has been very diligent in giving credit) but seeing them in action was fascinating.

With Sherlocked, Thaddius Barker has certainly raised the bar as far as Pin revelation effects are concerned. With his performances, teaching and the way he has broken down the effect so you can ascertain the four digits, he has created a truly excellent routine.

Also he deserves full credit for his honesty. He states Sherlocked is not for everyone - it will require time and effort to learn and is not an effect you can perform straightaway. However, if it appeals and you are willing to devote some time to study, you will be rewarded with a really impressive piece of mentalism. In addition, each performance will give you satisfaction as - like Sherlock - you deduce the necessary information.

Very highly recommended.

Thanks for the great review Neil!

I'm so happy you're getting so much out out Thad's brilliant concepts!!!

It's really interesting being the director on something like this because it looks so *** good that you'd swear it was preshow!

I think we shot about seven performances and only one ended badly because the Alistair was obviously on some kind of... Well... Drug lol

Thank you all for the interest and reviews. I appreciate the diligence and honesty and try to be as open as I can regarding the workings of my products. I had initially permitted Peter to release this in his pdf/ebook on propless mentalism. That method or release is very similar to the works released here, minus 1 or 2 details that have been added to the pdf to make it more surefire. The video accompaniment provides you with full performances and in depth explanation of why it works the way it does. The system can be used regardless of where you are from, does not require anything written, although we do explore the route of having information written. I can tell you this much, going into this routine BEFORE you ask any questions, you already know 2 or 3 of the 4 digit PIN code, and sometimes all of it. This method does rely on some restrictions without seeming restrictive, but it is a very natural set of boundaries that people often already use when creating their own PIN code. While the PIN you reveal is made up on the spot, I talk about the ethics of revealing a spectator's actual PIN and how to add to your presentation/revelation of the PIN code by apparently revealing both their made up PIN and their real PIN in private. This system samples the work of some other performers, but was created independently and ultimately is original in it's working. Peter's Not So Bold PIN revelation is similar, however, as Jacob mentioned, Sherlocked will offer you some different pros and touches on a few different areas that have yet to be explored. I hope this helps you guys in your decision making process.

Much Love,
Thaddius

A review from Graham Marshall, who sadly can't seem to get into his Café account, but wanted me to share this on his behalf.

I did send Graham the effect (as stated in the review) because he was kind enough to jam on the reverse pin guess he created and is working on.

"Disclaimer I was given this product to review after asking some probing questions about it. I can say I'm impressed. The core of this is a great method, which literally does half the work for you.

This is not an out the bag trick, or a structured routine. This is a subtle tool to put in your arsenal that you can apply to other pin reveals and more which makes divining a pin number possible under a very fair set of circumstances.

Thaddius work here is genius and a lot of effort has been put in exploring the method and creating a smooth instructional video that is easy to follow and understand."

Good to see.

The video instruction was indeed a masterclass in mentalism and in how to get the most from certain principles.
