So, I rarely post a review anywhere unless I feel it is needed. Both positive and negative. This is one of those things that was the best 18.00 I’ve spent for coins in a long time.

The coin pouch by sansmind.

Let me start by saying this was a scary purchase considering sansmind’s reputation with quality. I was blown away. It is extremely well made, sturdy and it fits on your key ring. Being a purse and wallet snob, I have high standards. The “holdout” is super simple and non mechanical in every sense. Works every time and best of all, there are no flaps, magnets, or hidden pockets. Granted, the “leather” is super stiff but is ideal for the design. Aesthetically speaking it is unique but not so unique that it screams magician. Rather, it softly denotes “class”. It isn’t super feminine either. Get the purse and get a second. 10/10

This looks very similar to a mobius wallet.

I agree it looks like a Möbius wallet and it looks like it does less.

There is an included link for a tutorial. I personally prefer it over the tony miller wallet. I’m a huge fan of his quality and creation he puts into his work. Does it do less? That’s subjective. Does it work exactly as described? Yes. I have only played with tony’s Coin wallet (several years ago) and while it looks the same, from memory I’d say it is absolutely different. It’s definitely not a “prop” and the utility aspect is less versatile than mobius; I’d say it’s more direct and functional in my opinion. Now, if my memory of his wallet is wrong; I retract this whole entire post ha. But, for 18.00 you cannot go wrong.

Thanx for reviewing this product

How deceptive is the hold out of the 4th coin -
and then how well hidden is the steal of the 4th coin?

Is the spec completely clueless to the steal ?

might be nice for

Id say for stealing a coin the traveler by Jeff Copeland is by far the best. The coin is relatively invisible when being held back. The method basically uses the same mechanics as a friction pass. I like the fact since it holds a coin back, it’s easier for transpos and adding another coin/switching in a gaff to the stack once they are put back into the wallet. I hope this helps

This thread is old (and I also responded to another thread on this topic) but both products look to be based upon (or at least, very similar to) the Wisch Purse that my father created in 1989. They were marketed heavily through Show-Biz Services in 1990. KOTAH acknowledged this fact in the other thread in the coin forum, as he did the illustrations for the original coin booklet. No one on that thread acknowledged KOTAH's obvious finding, so I wanted to post this here as well, for the record.

I just got this as a gift.
With Sansminds having no more online portal, the link in the product is to theonlinemagicstore.com, which I'm assuming makes it still legit, as per https://www.themagiccafe.com/forums/view......orum=387

However, the link doesn't actually work, it takes me to a page with a very small number of tutorials, but not one for the coin pouch. I emailed, but they were unresponsive.
Does anyone still have a copy of the instructions that they could send me? Happy to prove that I actually have it in whatever way you see fit.

You can contact sansminds directly to ask for the instruction. I lost a few passwords and they just send me it.
