Hi,

I want to attach a photo in "Secret Sessions" to help magicians with an effect I am re-vamping. However, when I follow the rules of attaching this photo, your site sends me a window that it is an "Error". it states that the file is either too large or not a compatible extension.

It states that it can be no larger than 75 KB and that it must be a .jpg (or other noted extensions).

My file is 72 KB and it is a .jpg extension.

Any direction??

Won't work for me either...

Make sure that the pixel size of the photo does not exceed 200 x 200 pixles.

That’s strange as it states next to the “Attachment” box that images can be:
Width: 500 Pixels (images only)
Height: 700 Pixels (images only)

I am having the same trouble please help?

Yes, my mistake. The size restriction is 500 pixels by 700 pixels. I have seen issues when the sizes was inverted meaning the image was 700 pixels wide and 500 pixels high and it wouldn't upload. Reversing those sizes corrected the problem.
