The set I purchased from Shoot Ogawa came with a web belt, that has a "D" ring, and snap installed. This allows the rings to be attached to your pant belt. The web belt rolls around the rings and snaps. Also included was a small bag with draw sting closure.

I designed this specifically for ninja rings and have used it for at least a decade.
Unlike a drawstring bag it keeps the rings tight together so they come out of the bag the way they went in. The bag is also "directional" so you know how the rings went in. It was designed to last a lifetime of regular use.

Draw string bag is your best bet. I also recommend a ring clip. It will secure the key ring so it doesn’t get tangled with the others as well as hide it so you can freely lay the stack of rings on the table very openly and casually.
