I'm wondering if anyone knows of a place these can be purchased. All the places I look say discontinued.

I used to make my own.
Using a large sheet of flash paper (8” x 9”), and leather dye, some red and green. It does not take very long to do. Just allow it to dry completely before storing. I also used a buckskin color leather dye to make a parchment colored flash paper, and black leather dye to make flash wands. |

Kaktus.fx sells flash roses. Otherwise you can buy red and green flashpaper and use nitrocellulose to glue it. Works great.
