I’m also from the Netherlands and did a check. Not able to reach the site, strange...curious if other European country’s experience the same problem.

I had the same years ago... it is due to the provider of Richard's website... The provider occasionally blocks certain ip ranges due to the fact that within certain ranges are more or massive hacker attacks... I din't say it's you... use a TOR browser and you are fine. Jan
