I think it's very important to notice how many people specifically call the author's former clients stupid and gullible, when she specifically states they weren't stupid.

Very interesting, thank you, Martin. The story gave me a strange mix of empathy, bewilderment, sadness and laughter. I thought it was very well written and very engaging.
