I've only recently focused on those two and Simon was just a genius with how he came up with this stuff. What a mind!

Strange and yet not ...
In this thread a lot of tricks from Aronson are (rightly) mentioned.
His BY FAR strongest trick, however, was not mentioned once ...
There is of course a reason for that. Few magicians are able to perform the trick fluently and as Simon Aronson himself wrote it in one of his books: it's admittedly not for everyone ... Smile

Hmm, since "Histed Heisted" was mentioned (super strong routine), I'm just guessing you're talking about Simon-Eyes?

Simon's Eyes could be indeed another good candidate.
Although, Simon never wrote that that trick is "admittedly not for everyone".

Histed Heisted is quite impossible in the minds of the specs. It’s particularly well suited to a larger audience: 5 people given several cards each, each person remembers one of their cards and you’re able to guess all five. Takes some practice, but it’s a reputation maker.

I guess the timing for this post is good.....

In my opinion....Red Sea Passover is a true MASTERPIECE and one that spectators will remember for years to come!

Darn, I should have suggested that one! I'm just having my Passover Matzah right now!

"Red See Passover" might be in other places as well, but is definitely in:
- "Bound to Please" - in the Ideas for Two Deck Effects chapter (page 76)
- "Simon Aronson - Sessions with Simon" videos - Volume 2

Cheers!

Red See Passover requires special cards.
Since Simon's death, I don't think you can buy them any more from his website (which still exists).
The Order page says you can buy his products from Vanashing Inc, and has a link. But the VI page only lists his books, not gaffs.
http://simonaronson.com/Order.html

I would contact VI and see what they say.

I second (third, actually, if not more) Invisible Card. Aranson had two versions, with and without memdeck. They're similar, but each has its own charm. (Then again, Araonson was a charming man, so *whatever* he did was going to be charming.)
