Just a heads up. I emailed RNT2 from their website email form with a question about a set of cups I bought
about 9 years ago, and never took out of the packaging until this Christmas (family and other things sidetracked my magic).
Donnie of RNT2 wrote back the next day and blow me away with his offer to make things right for me.
Things are tight these days (which he did not know) and Donnie made my whole holiday!
Big thank you to him - he is a stand up guy.

Donnie is a stand up guy and provides great service. I had a long chat with him on New Years Eve trying to match a combo cup to a 40 year old RNT Copper Cups and Balls set. Alas it could not be done, but kudos for taking the time to explain why to me. Ended up buying a couple of chop cups and misc. accessories. Came fast. Faster than I expected as I still haven't the time to work with them yet!

Always Wondered why RNT keeps a "Chopped Olive" ad on the Magic Café. For as long as I've been a member, they have been OUT OF STOCK.
It seems like a waste of money, or just revise the Ad to just be a general RNT Ad.

Anyway, just have been curious about that.

I'm generally a fan of Rings-N-Things products (their cups and chopped ball sets are awesome, of course), but hated the chopped olive set I ordered from them. They sent me 4 ungimmicked olives and a little bar magnet that I was expected to insert into one of the olives. The only problem is that the bar magnet doesn't entirely fit into the olive, so you'll have a little shiny metal thing poking out of the end of your olive. I was surprised by how amateurish the whole setup was, and when I complained they sent me a set with the bar magnet already crammed into one of the olives...but it still stuck out of the end, haha.

I can't find them on the RNT2 site. Donnie is a stickler for detail. Did you get them directly from Donnie or another site? We made our own molds from some olives
we received. We make the Pimento insert out of flexible TPU filament because it's a truer red than what others sell. The one thing Donnie and I have in common
is the satisfaction of the customer, it just sounds out of character for Donnie to ship you out a Bar magnet, especially since a bar won't fit.

The way we make ares is before the Pimento is set in place the magnet is epoxied in, then the Pimento.

A recent RNT order arrived in three days. That's unbelievable.

I have purchased a number of c & b sets from both Donnie and Jake - the quality has been uniformly excellent. I’m delighted that they are now making a Chinka set. (Terrible name, great trick). I ordered them as soon as I saw them advertised.
