Oil and WHAT THE... is a stunning update to a classic of card magic. Red and black cards are clearly interlaced one by one, and with not even the hint of a suspicious move, the blacks VISUALLY melt through the reds. What is even more amazing is that this beautiful routine can be done with ZERO difficult sleights. Both the sleight-of-hand and semi-automatic versions have the same mind-bending visual finale, and the fine points of both are taught in expert detail. Takeshi Taniguchi has long been considered one of Japan's greatest cardicians, and in his first international release you get the chance to find out why. Running time: 22 minutes It will be available at ticmagic.com from Feb 14th and priced at $4.95 |

What am I missing? To me, the odd handling made it slightly confusing as to what colors were where when the cards were stacked, then, half the cards are covered when the visual finale takes place. Dunno- I didn't think it looked great.

I do think it is pretty clear what colors where where...
But in an way I agree: This might not be the strongest trick for a lay audience. But from a magicians point of view: this is beautiful. |

It reminds me a little of my "Hole" method although I think the methods are different.
