I recently invested in a set of "transient Coins" from Roy Kueppers. It comes with a very basic demo video by Cortez, but I'm looking for some more extensive video training for this type of coins. Does anyone have a recommendation? -Jon

Johnny Wong’s dvd on the dfstc is a good reference. Also, split happens by Craig petty.

Transient Coins are basically just one set in a long line of "Super Triple Coins" you could use just the two that hold as a head/tail coin and do effects from the Split Happens dvd already mentioned. I know Aaron Fisher's Conjuror community has a really nice lesson on the Transient Coin Set since they too sell it but you can view the video teaching as a member. If you don't want to join at full price, they do run 1 month trials for only $1 several times a year. Get on Aaron's email list to get informed.
There are many great routines that come with different similar sets but the routines are generally not for sale but free to the buyer of said set. I have the JJ Coin Coalition set and like the routines he teaches way better that the Wong DVD that came with my Walker Super Triple coin set. Speaking of the Wong set, Paul Richards has an excellent routine but he made a contract with Mr Wong that only buyers of the Wong set FROM Paul can have it. He will not sell it outright. But, speaking of the JJ Coin Coalation set (BTW, these sets are all very similar) if you contact member simplymagicweb via PM. At one time he was selling a fantastic routine using the JJ set that you could adapt (iirc it was $5-$10 range from him) I do not know if Transient Coin set has anything on the backs, like a poker chip or a Chinese coin sticker. If not, stickers can be purchased and used for his full routine but it is a modular routine and you could just not do the parts that use the Japanese inspired backs of JJ's set. It is a start but like I said, I have two other sets that have some different currency on the backs and do not know how Transient Coins are. I also thing Gregory Wilson had a set with no coin on back not too long ago. https://thesecretsource.com/gregs-gadgetry/split-focus the demo alone will give you a basic idea how strong the effect can be. You might contact him to see if he sells (or would) his routine only. Anyway, good luck.

Again, Thank You all for the great ideas. This forum is so incredibly kind and full of knowledge. I'm very new to coin magic, I purchased the Transient Coins from Aaron on his site and got one actual routine for the split coins and another routine called Wildcoin which does not use split coins.....not sure why that was included with this product, but appreciated none the less. I also received a video with the product by Luiz Castro from Roy Kueppers. I'm just looking for some more detail, not having strong coin handling skills. I did order Split Happens this morning so I hope to acquire some more information of uses with this type of gimmick.
