Tom Elderfield's long-awaited return to form is CAMERA TRICKS, a download with 3 visual phone tricks. 2 using your own phone and 1 using your spectators borrowed iPhone. There's a lot of vanishing involved, granted. However, each of the 3 effects stands on it's own as a visual masterpiece. Tom first created these effects to boost his profile on social media, but after road-testing them at his gigs, realised they're just as fooling for the real world too. Compatible with: iPhone X iPhone XR iPhone XS Max iPhone XS iPhone 11 iPhone 11 Pro iPhone 11 Pro Max The gimmicks you'll receive allow you to perform these effects almost immediately. No scissors, glue or customization is involved. There isn't even any skill involved. Anyone can do this. Taught with Tom's signature style of humor and finesse, after equipping the 'camera tricks' you'll be ready to perform anytime, anywhere. The first of eleven projects from the genius mind of Tom Elderfield - THIS, is Camera Tricks. Download & Learn IMMEDIATELY. |

The ad says this is a download, but it also mentions "the gimmicks you'll receive". How does that work?
Are the gimmicks things you download and then print or otherwise make yourself? |

And do understand it does not work with anything older than a iPhone X? Really?

Compatible iPhones makes sense, older iPhones don’t have an edge to edge screen, or the black bar across the top that vanishes in one of the effects. I didn’t purchase this but I doubt arts and crafts of the gimmicks is required. Clever.

Very very clever. I was fooled by both effects on first viewing. I now understand the principles and it’s typical Tom brilliance. Tom is highly underrated and unnoticed here. I’ve seen his creativity in small strokes and all I will say is... watch out for him. He’ll do big things in the near future. (He already is.)

Question: can the black bar effect be performed with any sort of case on? Because the lens one clearly needs either no case or an iPhone 11 case. Also a bit weird that when he makes it 2 lenses like the iPhone X, they're diagonal but that's not how the X is. Not a big deal, but why? Because of how the gimmick works? |

Surely it's just 2 apps that you get? Both effects just looked like 'screen' effects to me i.e an image on screen with the black bar and a changing image with the camera lenses (case on backwards).
Or maybe I'm wrong! |
