I have done a few searches and found surprisingly little opinion about this book. By far most comments are about the other two books of the Fitzkee trilogy. As a result I get the sense that this is not a highly regarded book on the subject of misdirection. If anyone has read it I would appreciate any comments as to its clarity and usefulness.
So many sleights...so little time.
Cheers,

Ted

It’s a good introduction to the subject. You will not loose your time while studying it. And it’s a cheap one nowadays.

I've actually read a lot of criticism about it; that he actually didn't perform, and so it isn't workable advice etc.

I've bought a copy to see for myself; as has been said, you can get it for cheap enough. Smile

From what I know, he was performing magic. And he has seen a lot. It’s good advice, universal and still useful. But it’s a very generic book, theory has advanced a lot in 80 years.
