This is the one I picked up:

Complete Don Alan Chop Cup book by Ron Bauer

It's on Amazon, but I see it cheaper at Penguin Magic.

Other places have it in stock as well.

Look into Ammar Complete Course in Cups and Balls. Book as well as DVD.
