I just tested Magnetic Airborne by Twister Magic weight inside the can. IT IS LEAD. So DO NOT DRINK the liquid.
- - - I opened the can because the gimmick did not work fluently. The weight inside the can looks like lead. So I tested it first by writing with it to paper and then I used my Temperature adjusted Soldering Iron (Weller) and noticed that it needs more than 330C (620F) which tells that it must be PURE LEAD. If it was tin, it would have melted in about 230C (450F). So, DO NOT DRINK the content of the can and the glass (it has some lead too). If you wash te can and the glass, use gloves or wash your hands really well with soap. Luckily the the lead content is quite low because the weight is not constantly in solution. And they used lead pipes in houses so I don't think you should panic. Just stop drinking the liquid from the can or glass. If you want to use this, I succest you to change the weight and the can. It s very easy to do. Perhaps it is a good to wash the small metal cover well. And the glass too. I'm not so sure, if it is wise to drink from the glass. Click here to view attached image. |
