I performed Run Rabbit Run for kiddies 27 years ago. Now I perform for ages 8 and up (mainly for adults), and my character has clarified and matured. I'm a serious wizard with a sense of humour. I recently purchased Run Dragon Run on a whim. So now it's time to develop a professional-quality scripted routine with a motivation, a story, a start/middle/end, preferably (though not necessarily) a moral to the story or a lesson it teaches, that I can pull out for when I have audiences that include younger kiddies.
I deeply believe that the best routines are grounded in prior work. Can anybody point me to sources of good routines that I could study? I expect to pay, of course. A a little contribution, here's one of my TEDx talks: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n5rwYnj2GZQ Magically, Kim |
