Eugene Burger markets an effect called "Thoughtsender", a variation on the "Devil's Deck" which is a variation on the Brainwave-theme...
Does anyone actually use Devil's Deck or Thoughtsender? If so, do you think it's better than the "normal" Brainwave or is it just a pricey variation which will only work well for magicians? I'm just asking.

I use the Thoughtsender deck occasionally and think it is a very effective alternative to the brainwave/ultra mental deck. The Thoughtsender deck can be handled very casually and both sides of the pack can be displayed. However, the routine does require the performer to be able to use the equivoque technique effectively and convincingly.
