I'm not sure which forum I should put this question, so I'll start here since many of us use clipart on our brochures and advertising.

What is a good source for clipart? I have some of the Ed Harris clipart, but I would guess that there are some new ones.
I know some magicians provide a custom art design service, but what I'm looking for is pretty much generic clipart that I can use with the IBM Ring 103 newsletter that I edit.

I used to have a subscription to clipart.com, but I pretty much exhausted that resource.

I've considered creating some of my own clipart since I've been a part-time pro illustrator of magic books and tricks (e.g. in magic magazines). It might actually be something I can do during the pandemic.
You can see a couple of examples of my clipart-esque drawings at these links on the IBM Ring 103 Norfolk facebook page:

2. A Zig Zag Rabbit

Did Mickey O'Malley ever put out a clipart book? Or Ed Mishell, Nelson Hahne et al? Mickey "donated" a free clip art figure in the issue of GENII that featured him on the cover, but I don't know if he had other examples.

Magical regards,

Years ago I picked up a 9 CD-ROM set of "Dover Clip Art" Basically thousands of ink drawings, engravings, and other such images. All able to be used for publication. Best $9 I ever spent. If you search "Dover Electronic Clip Art" you'll see all the different sets now available.

You can also do a Google search and select images. Then click on "tools" under the search bar and you can filter by type (photo, clip art, line drawing, etc) and you can also select "Usage Rights" to find works that you can use royalty free.

Though, looking at your past work, I'd say draw your own...they're very good.

I usually use google to help me out. It's pretty crazy how accurate google can be in finding what you're looking for. Just type in specifically what you're looking for followed by "Clipart" and chances are... it's already been created.

I've also used Fiverr to have some custom art created for me. I just sent them photos of the prop and they created a black and white and color illustration of it. I was very pleased with the results.

One of the finest packages of magic artwork/clip-art I remember was a set called Magic Bricks. I bought for several of my coaching clients at the time and it was very good quality. I believe it is now long-unavailable now, but I'd be willing to sell my set if anyone is interested or it can't be found.

All that stuff is cliche straight out the 1970s. Avoid it.

I now do custom digital caricatures, logos and illustrations (in addition to my shows). Just let me know if you are interested.
