Time to guess the company!
Their major release sold for $380 and is still available for purchase. It was an electronic take on a classic of magic Madison |

Dang you’re good, Scott!
Martin Andersen of IDEAA Lab is the creator! You win an unfiltered question and answer. PM with ANYTHING you want to know about the item, how it works, anything and I’ll fill you in. For everyone else, I will be posting a demo in the next few days! In the meantime, ask me any questions you have about the product and I will answer it as long as it’s not pertaining to the method. Here’s the best thing about this new system: fully programmable, the spectator makes all the decisions of how to switch/mix the bulbs and switches, and it is examinable every step of the way! The video is now live!
This is just one routine that is possible. This is a routine I programmed myself so I decided the effects and in which order I wanted them. This is still only an inkling of what this board can do. Madison |

I like it. The routine was fun and easy to follow. It's small but anyone that knows anything about PCB's knows there can be quite a bit going on in the board. I like the versions like Randi Rain's where the circuitry appears to all be visible. However, with this one, even if you assume there's something special in the board, it's still hard to explain how it can work.

Nice video demo, that will surely help sales! How hard is the memory work on this one, so many extra functions!

The memory work isn’t as hard as you think. There is a learning curve when you’re first learning it, but once you understand the concepts behind the effects it becomes second nature. The only thing to memorize is the order of the routine. The way they have designed it, the necessary steps you must take to make the method work are the same necessary steps you must take to show that the effect has taken place. It is really cleverly designed.
As for when it will be released, I’m not entirely sure. The beta testers had 1 month after receiving it to send in their thoughts and submit a form to point out any flaws. Once they collect those forms, they will resign, rethink anything that is necessary, and rebuild with those corrections. But I believe they will be finished with all of that by the end of the year. It’s cool, I do like it. Especially liked the 2 bulbs on 1 switch parts, that was very clever.
My biggest beef with any of these switchboards, and this may not even be possible, but aren’t there bulbs available that don’t require you to screw them in? Just held in place by friction? Or maybe just colored covers for the bulbs? I always dislike the screwing and unscrewing of each bulb. It can cause some people to lose interest. |
