I’ve always done card to wallet for my paid gigs, however I’ve always wanted to do card to sealed envelope to wallet. Just never been able to find a good one. Can anyone recommend a good one? I found the Jerry O’Connell Plus Wallet which appears to be what I need, but I’m not sure.

As an owner of the JOC plus wallet for many years I am a fan. I have owned many magic wallets in my day. The JOC is my favorite wallet and is tall enough to use in your jacket inner breast pocket, and back trouser pocket. This makes it easier to load. I also have a card to fire wallet but it isn’t as tall. The JOC wallet also has room to carry other effects especially money gaffs, extra playing cards, like double backers / face cards for anniversary waltz and many others you may have in your arsenal. It’s not too thick, ( unless to stuff it too much) and gets better with use. The accompanying window leather card “ envelope “ is excellent for C to W. There is also the no palm option as well. There are many great wallets out there. Figure out your needs and preferences for your routines and what clothing you will be wearing. Thickness and height are big in my book. That’s my two cents worth. Good hunting.

JOL large plus wallet owner here too. It's brilliant; very, very high quality leather. Very fast loading. It's one of those things that if I lost it, I'd immediately buy another.

Several other very deceptive features built in. The no-palm feature is useful in various ways. The Bonsalope "sealed envelope" piece is where it shines though.

Dave demonstrates the wallet here with actual performances: https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_conti......emb_logo

You can see people are a bit surprised when he goes for the wallet ("no way"), but then the sealed envelope is just impossible.

I guess it depends on what you want to accomplish.

It really is hard to beat an old school Mullica Wallet.

I have never been a fan of objects that are not flat ending up in a wallet. Rings or even coins just seem incongruent to me.
