Hello!
I do the Gene Anderson version of the torn and restored news. Does anyone know of good patter, or story for this?

I believe Gene has some one-liner type paper-related joke suggestions on his video or in his book (can't remember which) you might try. Other than that, I don't know that it needs much patter.

Bill Goldman has a fantastic idea for patter and an interesting version of no tear restored newspaper. His routine is very comical, practical, and it flows well.

Does Bill Goldman have a book or video? I do the no-tear restoration also. I read some funny newspaper headlines as I search for the illusive article before I restore the paper. I'm curious to see if Mr. Goldman uses a different approach.

What motivates the tearing and the restoring?
Here is a silly idea: Recycling. You tear up yesterdays paper... and recycle it for today's paper. Has this been done before?
...to all the coins I've dropped here
