Brent M Braun is an amazing magician and a wonderful creator. His FPS wallet is now my go to card to wallet. It’s such a wonderful prop.
Anyway this is my favourite routine with the prop. It’s a combination of card to wallet and card under box but without the box. I’ve performed it at a handful of events as well as virtually and it’s kicked ass every time. Check out the performance using the link and remember if you want a great card to wallet check out FPS. Here’s the link. https://youtu.be/H-IeYPYjeGo |

Hey Russ, something that works for me is that I remove the card by using my thumb and two fingers to take it out at the end (as opposed to trying to push through the hole in the window to get it out. When I grab the end of the card to remove it with my thumb on top and two fingers underneath, I grab both the card and the s****, then use my thumb to peel/move the card out while my two fingers leave/slightly push back on the s**** to leave it behind. I hope that could maybe help with getting the card out easier.

I have to say that Brent's customer service response is awesome. I needed some help with something today, and he answered right away and above and beyond. When people operate this way in magic, it's important to recognize them!

I waited to get one in Brown. Had it for about 8 weeks and love it. Using the smaller S***e as the leather is thick and not broken in yet.

This is the first new wallet I have probably bought in three years, and in the short time I have played with it, I really like it. I also think the teaching he provides in the tutorial is just excellent. The discussion on p@&m$ helped me gain some skill and motivation, and the seated c2w routines are just beautiful. This is one of those products where you actually become a better magician because you bought it, and I agree with others that the video tutorial added to the wallet itself may be one of the best values in card magic today compared to the outrageous prices we see for wallets these days.
Surprising to me, I have struggled most with the front pocket aspect of this, but I have already found that the knackiness caused by the confines of the front pocket can be overcome with concentrated practice. I have also tested it from the ga****** c:p to my left back pocket (my go to), and it works just fine. Ironically, I discovered another use entirely of the wallet that I wanted to test when I saw the demo. After playing with it, I believe in a pinch that the FPS could be used for an entirely different genre. This may have already been discussed here, but I put a brief YouTube demo downstairs (non exposure). I am very pleased with this purchase, especially considering the cost. It’s a steal actually.

I've created an interesting way of converting Brent Braun's excellent FPS wallet into a lethal peek device that's VERY deceptive....And the best news is that you will not need to modify the wallet or purchase anything extra!
I've been a big fan of this wallet since it was released and it's now become my 'everyday' carry. If you're interested in viewing my video, then please send me a PM and I'll get back to you with a WeTransfer link. Please note that the link will have an expiration date. So, please download it immediately upon receiving. Finally, please be patient because I do expect that there will be a fair amount of interest. |

Nice job, Jared. I agree totally that FPS can be an easy peek wallet. If you guys want to see the video I posted last week as well, just go downstairs and look for the thread where I mention FPS and then misspell the word peek.
I don’t explain it, just demonstrate it. But pay attention to something both Jared and I stumble on...a little optical illusion using the outside pocket. Jared explains it, I just demonstrate it.

One more thing, I have been playing with a poor man’s version of the “No Choice” wallet type effect with the FPS using the optical illusion. Won’t say more here upstairs. It works in a pinch.

Indeed, Red Devil and I independently both thought of the same basic core principle for converting the FPS wallet into a solid peek weapon. So, for those still on the fence, I think you'll be very pleased with its capabilities.

Thank you Andy, David, and Goldeneye007 for the very nice compliments. Indeed, Brent created a really wonderful product with the FPS wallet. In fact, as a peek wallet (the card to wallet already functions beautifully) I am now convinced that this is one of the BEST in the market! But, after further study I've decided to open the wallet horizontally ('more traditional') to gain the peek rather than done vertically as shown in my video after discussing it with my mentalist friend (Gabe Abelson). We both concluded that it looks more natural. But of course, the choice is yours since doing it either way achieves the same goal.
