I am going to subscribe to MAGIC and GINNI magazine but one thing I was wondering is are there any Mentalism Magazine's out there to subscribe to? If so where? I mean like in the terms of where they review tricks, books, videos and have articles and so on.

There is also Syzygy, which is published by Lee Earle.

It's a pity but Syzygy is almost sleeping.
The same is true for "Mind & Magic Magazin" from Ted Lesley, a very good magazine. But it is sleeping for a very long time. |

I think you can still order back issues of Syzygy from Lee Earle if interested.
I am not sure there really is a big market for a Mentalism magazine anyways. Generally, mentalist are much more protective of their art than traditional magicians are. Just can't see that many advertisers (the life blood of any magazine) in such a publication. Best to look for books. Even that can be a challenge sometimes. |

In the coming months there will be a highly exclusive mentalism, mental magic and psychic magazine that will become available. It is called 'Psi Psource' and will be limited to only 200 subscribers worldwide. Only full volume subscriptions will be available, no individual issues available of any kind.
The magazine IS NOT currently available as it is still in the formative stages. I AM NOT currently taking subscriptions as final subscription price has yet to be determined - probably somewhere in the $40 range (US, higher elsewhere) for six issues per year. At this point the ONLY option you have if you are interested in being notified when I am ready to start taking subscriptions is to send me a 3X5 file card with your name, address, phone number and email address on it with the words 'MAGAZINE SUBSCRIPTION' written on it. Once the magazine is ready to publish, ONLY those who have sent me a 3x5 card will be notified and given the opportunity to subscribe. If there are any of the 200 subscriptions slots still available after that, then and only then will a general announcement be made. Don't hold your breath on that one. It looks like the 200 slots will fill easily. It will be strictly first come first served when the time comes. If you are at all interested, I would encourage you to drop me a 3x5 card right now to: Mark Strivings 8631 N. Lowell Blvd. Westminster, CO 80030 DO NOT send me a PM, DO NOT send me an email, DO NOT fax me, DO NOT call about this. DO send me a 3x5 card. If you have any questions or would like more information, please feel free to drop me a note OFF LIST (please!!!) at MarkyApril@aol.com and I'd be happy to send you more information. Thanks for your time!! Mark Strivings

Good luck with your project Mark.
There is also an on line mental magazine called Centre Tear edited by Trevor McCombie of Edinburgh. But you do need a certain amount of mental knowledge to access it in the first place. Paul. |

Mark, good luck with your magazine. However, didn't I recently read on this list, there were delays in your filling orders, because you were a full time performer.
Have you given up performing? from Ford Ford has a better idea |

Where can you by Magick Vol 1-4 for a reasonable price?

The hundred fifty dollars that the bound volumes of Magick had been per volume was certainly not reasonable. Far, far too inexpensive.
