Was looking at some ways to doing some spirit photography (looking for recommendations if you have them), and I came across The Spirit Guide by Lee Earle. The cost of the book is $125, which is a pretty substantial cost for any book. Should I buy it? If so, why would you recommend it? What in the book justifies the cost? Thanks in advance .

It's a good book but will not be what you are looking for if spirit photography is your end point.

It's more a look into how to create a Seance and how Lee did his . he does go into details, I'd say it's for anyone looking to put a Seance together and avoid issues , I'd say it would benefit anyone from those looking to do their first seance to those looking to rethink their seance (if you have been doing them for a long time it's more a look into Lee's thought process)

Hi snaranjo, the only effect I know of that dealt with spirit photography was Death in the Family by Alchemy Moon, which is no longer sold but may be available second hand. What sort of effect were you looking for?
Also, if you are new to Bizarre Magic, you should know that many books with Bizarre Magic are self published by the authors and priced like magic effects, so many are $75, $125, $195, etc. and often sell out quickly at those prices.
