I was hoping for a review by anyone who owns this.
Do you use it much? Is it a practical effect that can be done regularly, or is it a special occasion effect that requires extensive work? Also, can it be done close-up or does it require some distance?
Any other advice would be very helpful.

Where did you see this effect?

Bande du Soleil is Nathan Kranzo's movable tanline effect. The magician takes off his watch and shows his tanline. Then moves the tanline up his arm and to his shoulder where it is displayed. This is a really cool effect that leaves a lasting impression. There is a bit of preperation, it is not exactly a restaurant effect but for close up shows then it is great. It really wouldn't play for a big theater cause it is focused on a watch tanline so unless you have cameras and big projection screens no one past the fourth row will see it. The manuscript comes with (I think) 3 suggested routines from Kranzo and a few from other people.
I personally think it is an amazing effect. I mean how in the world could anyone move a tanline!!

When I got the insert, I immediately read it and fell in love with it. If you want a seriously strong, offbeat, memorable piece, look no further.

Just curious to get some feedback. I am thinking about producing a DVD for this effect. It would explain variations from myself and other magicians like John Kennedy, Chris Korn, Gregory Wilson etc.
