I got a pop eyed popper deck recently and I have just one question, and I will make it brief. What is the difference between it and a Svengali deck?

A Svengali deck is not rough and smooth.

Some POP Decks do not have long and short cards.

Oh yeah. The rough and smooth, that's pretty cool. Thanks

A Popeyed popper is only roughed and isn’t long and short. A Svengali that is roughed as well as long and short is called a mirage deck.
